Arena Hotel

I was treated rudely and badly.

Very poor service. Unfriendly person.

I was very disappointed and very disappointed: ⸻ Very bad experience I booked a room for myself. When I had a visitor, I was told that visitors were not allowed. The employee, who had short blonde hair, was very unfriendly, and her behavior struck me as discriminatory and racist. She literally told me that visitors weren't allowed because she didn't want them. She also said that even for a short visit, you have to book a separate room. I canceled immediately and booked a different hotel. Not recommended.

I had a single room with a shared bathroom in the hallway! The room was perfectly adequate; I can't give it 5 stars, but it was still OK, and the receptionist was very friendly! The stadium is in the immediate vicinity.

The rooms are nice and the location is great. Breakfast was okay.

A lovely little hotel right next to the stadium, with a friendly atmosphere, nice and clean rooms, and a decent breakfast. Would gladly stay again.
