KOSI.MA – Zentrum für sexuelle Gesundheit

KOSI.MA is Mannheim's centre for sexual health, at Max-Joseph-Straße 1 in the Neckarstadt, just across the Neckar from the centre and in the same building as PLUS Rhein-Neckar. It offers HIV and STI testing, prevention work and confidential advice, and it took over the local HIV support role after the AIDS-Hilfe closed. For gay and bisexual men visiting the region, it's the main local place to get tested. Testing times and booking rules are on kosima-mannheim.de, so check there before you go. Google reviews average 4.8 from about 45.
