CSD Pirna e.V. is the town's LGBTQ+ association and the organiser of Christopher Street Day Pirna, which marched for the 15th time on 11 July 2026. The group runs QueerTreff Pirna "Q43", a meeting room at Lange Straße 43 in the old town, used for get-togethers, workshops and support for queer people and their families. Q43 also lends its rooms to Gerede e.V. Dresden for trans counselling and to Aids-Hilfe Dresden for HIV advice. In a town with no gay bar this is the main local contact point; check csd-pirna.de or call before dropping by, as there are no fixed public opening hours online.
