Moe Club is a gay club on Keleou street in Gazi, the Athens district where most of the city's gay bars and clubs sit close together. It's known for Greek-music nights and a mostly local crowd, so it's a good way to see how Athenians go out rather than a tourist-facing show. It starts late: don't expect much before 1:00, and nights run into the early morning, especially at weekends. Kerameikos metro station is a few minutes' walk.
