A gay-only guesthouse just off the ring road near the School of Fine Arts, Geranium sits about 500 metres outside Mykonos Town. The location works in your favour. It's roughly 2 km from the airport and 3 km from the new port, with the ring road giving you a fast exit route straight to the island's beaches. Staying clear of the town's central grid trades midnight noise for actual sleep. You can still stumble down to the bars of Matoyianni and Little Venice on foot. Just remember that gravity works both ways: the walk back at 3am is entirely uphill. Around 1,300 reviews average out to a solid 4.5. If you're aiming for July or August, lock a room down months in advance—rates peak alongside the crowds, while the shoulder months cost less and spare you the island's peak-season squeeze.

Greek salad a joke, 6 pieces of tomatoes. Not polite waiters (the woman with bigger lips). Unreasonably high prices. Try the other restaurants in the area.
