A spacious and relaxing place, with a truly intriguing menu based on a reinterpretation of Neapolitan cuisine, including some truly original dishes. The fried pizza is definitely worth a try, but the rest of the place deserves its star. The service is attentive, courteous, and never intrusive. A truly pleasant surprise. We'll definitely be back.

If you decide to treat yourself (or someone else) to this experience, Chef Di Pinto and his team will welcome you as privileged guests and put you completely at ease, enjoying tastings and engaging in pleasant conversation. The dishes, a masterful blend of tradition and innovation, will delight and amaze you, but what will leave a special memory is the calmness with which the kitchen staff moves between the stoves, creating a truly unique synergy (without the excitement or shouting we're used to from reality cooking shows). At the end of the evening, you'll undoubtedly be satisfied with the food but also grateful for the beautiful atmosphere that Chef Di Pinto and his team have created for you.

Sine by Di Pinto is a complete sensory experience. The presentation, smokiness, crunchiness and nostalgic story behind the dishes truly makes it unforgetable. Well executed yet exciting; they didnt play it safe. The service is top notched and very personal. Great recommendation on wine and a super friendly chef! I think we will remember this place for a long time to come! So far, our best meal in Milan!

Thank you to the staff for the evening! We had a wonderful time in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere. For dinner, we chose the most comprehensive menu, consisting of seemingly small dishes, but bursting with flavors that explode in the mouth and perfectly paired. The staff is highly qualified and friendly, and the dishes were presented and explained beautifully! I personally thought the eggplant and chocolate dessert was brilliant. At the end of the dinner, we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with our chef. It's an experience I highly recommend!

Elegant venue, very professional and friendly staff. Chef Roberto di Pinto came to our table to greet us and explain the appetizers; he was friendly and smiling. Fabulous food, with sometimes unusual but delicious combinations; we enjoyed everything. Prices were in line with those of Michelin-starred restaurants. An experience to repeat!

We had an unbelievable experience at Sine. Every dish was delicious and well thought out in the context of the entire menu. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that it was a bit hot in the restaurant, but we are visiting in record heat. I would absolutely come back and try to the other tasting menus if I am back in Milan.

Extraordinary experience. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the service. We chose the Sine Confini menu. A unique and unforgettable experience. We were at the chef's table last night with the Chef and his wonderful team. Creative, innovative cuisine based on tradition, where the gastronomic journey is meticulously crafted, with attention to the smallest details. High-level technique and exquisite flavors go hand in hand, expertly orchestrated by the chef and his team. They were highly trained, professional, and also very friendly (which is not a given at this level). They welcomed us into the kitchen and accompanied us throughout the evening, which was fantastic in every way... they deserve the recognition they've received, and I wish them a second star...
