關於此地 Arcigay Roma

Arcigay Roma is the Rome branch of Arcigay, the national LGBTQ+ association founded in the 1980s. From its base at Via Nicola Zabaglia 14 in Testaccio it runs advocacy campaigns, support and counselling, sexual-health work, youth groups, and training for schools and workplaces, and it helps organise around Roma Pride. For visitors it is mainly useful as a contact point: for information on community events, HIV testing and support services, or if something goes wrong. Testaccio is also one of Rome's nightlife districts, and the Piramide metro station is a short walk away. Check opening times before dropping in.

Unfortunately, as a straight person, I've experienced discrimination from this group, even though I wanted to address a topic that is absolutely paramount in gay battles: DE COUNTERPARTIES. It concerns everyone... I couldn't say goodbye to my dying partner because he was kidnapped by his "relatives." It's a terrible experience, even if you're not gay, believe me!
