My husband and I made a reservation to celebrate my PhD and our last night in Rome! I can’t tell you how incredible the food was. Their mission is to create authentic relationships and memorable experiences so that everyone feels welcomed. Mission accomplished! Amazing food and service, highly recommend this place!

A truly special evening at Cipasso. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner in the heart of Rome. We were impressed by the presentation of the dishes. The chocolate cake we ordered was not only beautiful to look at, with that elegant touch of mint leaf, but also delicious. We will definitely be back.

We booked prior to arriving in Rome for our final night and were not disappointed. Beef tartare was excellent as were the scallops. Duck pappardelle was incredible as were server choices of wine pairings. Thank you

Great food, Wine and service. All the waiters were so nice and welcoming and Tiziano was especially nice. Would definitely reccomend having dinner here if you’re in Rome

Absolutely delicious! We made a reservation for 10 PM that day, thinking we might get a table if we walked in in the afternoon, but walk-ins were completely full at 7:30 PM. It turned out to be totally worth the wait! Go for it! Since we can't eat seafood, we ordered duck noodles, braised pork, and burrata. Everything was delicious, even the side dishes were great! Highly recommended! The drinks were also very good, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended! Looking forward to our next seafood dinner!

Love the food, tried three dishes of pasta all were great. The Ferentano wine was Super! Great service
