A superb place to celebrate an event when you're in Venice. Let the sommelier guide you in choosing the wines and enjoy the ambiance and the food. For us, everything was perfect.

Hosteria Da Franz is a must dine experience in Venice. You will be served by a fantastic family (father, mother and son). It checks all the boxes, atmosphere, service, culture, cuisine and wine. 🍷 We were in Venice 4 nights and unfortunately only dined here one time. We are VERY picky and this place was so special and will always be remembered! ♥️

Best dining experience we’ve had in Venice. Cosy, romantic atmosphere with truly fantastic and professional service. The food was incredible — both the tasting menu and the à la carte dishes were outstanding. A place with real charm and attention to detail. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Venice.

We had an amazing dinner and Maurizio was an incredible host. 100% coming back next time we are in Venice.

The food and service were exceptional. Small portions of everything and definitely on the pricey side but everything we ate was phenomenal.

The service was overwhelmed; we constantly had to get our own cutlery. The food was ordinary. The culinary skills of recent years are a thing of the past. A real shame.

Went here to celebrate my engagement to my beautiful wife to be and could not have had a better night, service was impeccable. If I'm ever on Venice again I'll be back!

One of the best places ever!! Very nice. Small plates were just right sized for us, and so delicious!
