關於此地 Glass Cube Hotel

Glass Cube Hotel is a mainstream hotel on Strada București in Chișinău, rated 4.5 from around 120 Google reviews. It's listed as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. The street runs through the central grid, so the main boulevard, Ștefan cel Mare, and the cathedral park are a short walk away. Moldova's LGBTQ scene is small and mostly runs through the GENDERDOC-M community centre and occasional parties, so don't expect open displays of affection to go unnoticed on the street. Book directly by phone or through the usual platforms, as the hotel has no listed website.

The hotel has a very nice central location, and the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was also very good — clean, with a good shower, and everything worked well. However, there were some downsides. There was construction work nearby, and although I had asked for a quiet room, the room was next to the elevator, so I could hear noises from the elevator and the corridor. The sound insulation could definitely be better. The staff were friendly, especially if you speak Russian, but their English was rather limited. Overall, it is an okay hotel with good rooms and a convenient location, but the noise issue was disappointing.
