A total worth experience!!

What a fantastic experience this was. The presentation of every dish is truly a work of art in itself, with an eye for every small detail. It was a delight to see how refined everything was served. The beautiful small dish with the butter, featuring a very detailed relief, stood out immediately. The entire evening was perfectly balanced, and we thoroughly enjoyed the careful plating of the appetizers. Highly recommended for anyone who loves top-level gastronomy.

What a night! I’m not a food critic or anything even close, but I go out enough to know a good establishment… and De Silveren Spiegel is definitely one of them! Your first look at the place and you feel like you’re about to walk into the Weasleys’ house from Harry Potter… this crooked building in the oddest little spot! But as soon as you step foot inside, you’re blown away… cosy, inviting and the loveliest staff. Fancy and elegant, but not too much! The staff put you at ease straight away… amazing service, knowledgeable and friendly… then comes the food! 🤯 Just mind-blowing! Delicious, flavoursome… from the melt-in-your-mouth ray to the bbq-flavoured fowl… the menu is exquisite, from the delicious bread & butter to the rhubarb dessert! An amazing night in an amazing place…. The only issue I had is why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star already… 🤔​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This was the most outstanding meal experience I have ever had. Terry is a wonderful hostess and warmly welcomed us. The service was excellent and the food was simply incredible. Yves, Terry's husband, is the head chef and he is such a unique talent. I can't wait to return to Amsterdam so that I can come back to De Silveren Spiegel - my new favorite restaurant!

I went to De Spiegel in the Netherlands. We chose the 5-course menu everything was like little tastings, absolutely delicious. Each bite was a flavor bomb! The starters and courses were all so different and amazing. A perfect experience. The people serving us were very kind and attentive, and they also told us about the restaurant's history

The staff were warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about creating a memorable experience for their guests. Their attention to detail and hospitality elevated the entire meal. The atmosphere is intimate, elegant, and full of character, making it feel like a step back into Amsterdam’s rich history while enjoying modern fine dining at its best. I highly recommend De Silveren Spiegel to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Amsterdam.
