Dommelplantsoen

Dommelplantsoen is a green strip along the river Dommel, south of Eindhoven's city centre near Jacob van Maerlantlaan. It is listed as a gay cruising area (homo-ontmoetingsplaats) in Dutch cruising guides. Activity is outdoors in the wooded edges away from the main paths, mostly after dark in spring and summer. By day it is an ordinary park used by walkers and cyclists, so keep things out of sight of the paths. Dutch authorities generally tolerate cruising areas, but public-indecency rules still apply. Watch your belongings and stay aware of who is around.
