Visitors frequently praise the nice atmosphere, happy go lucky music, and friendly, efficient staff. However, some reviewers noted it was too busy to order, and one stated the venue is now closed and has been replaced by a Tikki Bar.

關於此地 Café De Lollipop
Café De Lollipop is a café-bar at Paleisring 23 in central Tilburg, listed as gay-friendly. Its listing is tied to Roze Maandag (Pink Monday), the gay day of the Tilburg summer fair in July, which brings very large crowds into the city centre. On that day the cafés around the centre fill up and fancy dress is the norm.
The website on file, rozemaandag.nl, belongs to the event rather than the café, and there is no phone number. Google reviewers give it about 4.1 from around 125 reviews. Check opening times before a visit outside the fair.
