Thon Hotel Tromsø

I forgot my computer charger in the room and no one returned it to me. Poor service and uncomfortable beds.

The hotel is okay. But the organization is lacking. Dinner took a very long time. Breakfast was almost impossible. There were an extremely large number of guests in a room that wasn't designed for that many. We were a group of 50 people. A different organizational approach would be beneficial.

The hotel is located close to the city center, within walking distance of several attractions. The rooms are not overly large, but adequate. They are clean, the service is friendly, and the food is excellent.

Very nice hotel ideally situated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Rooms are basic but comfortable. Location and staff are great and breakfast is good. A decent choice!

We got a room on the 9th floor, so cramped that our suitcases barely had room, poor ventilation and stale air. The breakfast was a disaster, basically everything was gone from cutlery to coffee. My breakfast consisted of a roll without butter and toppings and a glass of juice. We pay big money for this. SHAME.

I had received an upgrade but was looking at a dormer. No view. Otherwise a fine room. Just that wallpaper at Thon hotels.
