Hotel Monopol Wrocław

The deluxe suite was fantastic, as always. The service was top-notch. Discretion and class were maintained. The gentleman at the front desk, who welcomed me for the second time this year, was classy enough for a hotel. The staff was very good.

The hotel is in a great location, with clean and nice rooms. A big plus is the large bathroom and bathtub. Breakfast was delicious and the food was high-quality, and the restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at check-in when the receptionist wasn't very polite and responded to my questions as if it were my responsibility to know and guess everything. Finding someone at the reception desk was also a challenge in the wellness area. Asking for refills for disposable cups or cold water in the jacuzzi was quite a surprise for a hotel of this caliber. These aren't major inconveniences, but I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again at this price.

The hotel is amazing. Beautiful from the outside and soooo beautiful rooms. I've been there before, and this time I was looking for a hotel that could store bikes securely; that was very important to me. It turned out there was a locked room. The reception staff took my two bikes from the reception desk without any problem and stored them themselves. I felt luxurious there. The room itself... a fairytale, you could almost say royal. The door to the room, a beautiful wooden door, was probably 4 meters high 😱, the room itself was 6 meters high, and 17 meters long. I worked at the desk and took steps to relax ;) Exceptional room, exceptional hotel, exceptional service, a Michelin-starred restaurant, delicious breakfasts, and there's also a rooftop restaurant, but I didn't make it there this time; I didn't have time. I recommend it and will be back.

The room and decor were fine, the breakfast excellent. The mattress was very soft. I was a bit misled into choosing a hotel with a warm wading pool, which was actually the temperature of a swimming pool, and I didn't get to use it as much as I wanted. The biggest downside was finding a condom wrapper between the bed and the dresser in the room – the quality/cleaning needs improvement.

I highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are great, the spa section is also great, I have been to this hotel with my wife for the second time and I will gladly come back again

The way you carry everything, banging on your head from 8am (maybe some kitchen) because I doubt anyone has been walking around for an hour is unacceptable to me.

A very disappointing stay – definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Our stay at the Monopol Hotel in Wrocław from May 8th to 10th, 2026, was unfortunately a major disappointment. Especially since, when choosing a five-star hotel, we expected a certain level of cleanliness, attention to detail, and quality service. The condition of the room left much to be desired. Dirty floors, dusty lamps and surfaces, soiled furniture, a very worn and downright unhygienic armchair at the dressing table, scuffed walls, stale-smelling blankets, worn and grayed towels, and an unpleasant odor in the room – these were just some of the things we found. What was particularly surprising was that after reporting the issue to the front desk and requesting a room change, we were not provided with a replacement room. They only offered to clean the same room again. Unfortunately, even after this intervention, visible dirt remained, and there was still a dead insect on the windowsill. Upon my return, I filed a formal complaint with the hotel, detailing all my concerns and attaching photographic documentation. I was only informed that the matter had been forwarded to the hotel manager. And that was the end of all contact from the hotel. To date, I have not received any substantive response or explanation. The most disappointing thing is the combination of two things: the standard we encountered upon arrival and the subsequent lack of response to my formal complaint. I didn't expect everything to be perfect. However, I did expect a clean, well-maintained room, and above all, for the reported issue to be treated with due seriousness. I have extensive photographic documentation confirming the described condition. Therefore, my opinion is not based on a single unpleasant moment or excessive expectations, but on the overall experience during this stay and the subsequent handling of the complaint. I regret to admit that our stay at the Monopol Hotel left us with a feeling of great disappointment.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside, along with the lobby and restaurant (very good breakfast), and the terrace offers stunning 360-degree views. Unfortunately, my room (530) had the feel of a 2001 office space, and the steam room in the spa section didn't work, and the jacuzzi could use a little dusting. For the price (almost 1000 PLN), I expected a slightly higher standard of room and a well-maintained spa section.
