Fab hotel in a great location. Room was beautiful with very comfortable bed and linen, whole hotel was very clean and luxurious. Breakfast had great choice in a lovely setting with floor to ceiling windows,

I booked this hotel because of close proximity to Centennial Hall and Zoo as well as Old Market Square. Overall however I experianced average customer service and disempowered staff. Not worth your money. I booked two hotel rooms for my family and my mother in law for 4 nights. We used restaurant for my mother in law birthday on the day of arrival. Decent Michelin Mention/ not Michelin star food. While our room had a “welcome treat” the other room did not have chocolates. I felt bad because it was my mother in law birthday, so I requested “a welcome treat” to her hotel room. I was charged for it. Their policy states that it is one treat per reservation. Have I booked 3 hotel rooms only one room would get the chocolates. Have I made three separate reservations each room would get a treat. Staff apologized, but I felt that their policy is out of touch with 5star hotel experience. Next time I won’t stay there and I will select 5star boutique hotel I stayed before. Do not recommend. In addition to know: 1. Some staff doesn’t not speak fluent English, email communication is not prompt and required multiple follow ups. 2. Reception calls were not answered in English after 10pm. 3. Dry sauna temperature was not hot enough. 4. I am attaching photo of my laundered and ironed shirt exactly how it was returned (had to call housekeeping to redo it). Don’t offer services like laundry if you don’t have outsourced laundry and cleaning services.

A very friendly place

The hotel is very elegant and modern. Breakfast is the highlight; there's a huge variety of food, and the waiters/waitresses are incredibly attentive and friendly. The room is spacious with lovely views. The spa is a plus, although there are a few things that could be improved: the steam room is noisy, has a slightly odd smell, and the steam keeps turning off. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be back soon.

Stayed there 4 nights as part of a group. Really like the memory of this beautifully designed and staffed hotel. Modern rooms , high quality beds, full equipment in the room. sauna, gym etc.
