City Hall is a long-running mainstream nightclub at the top of Rambla de Catalunya, next to Plaça de Catalunya. It's listed as gay-friendly, not as a gay club. The crowd is mixed and heavy on tourists, and the music changes with the promoter. Listed hours are midnight to 6am, Friday to Sunday nights.
The Gaixample bars around Carrer de Consell de Cent and Muntaner are a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and that's where Barcelona's gay nightlife actually happens. Reviews average 3.9 from almost 3,000, with complaints about door policy and drink prices.

Atmosphere of 10, but the air conditioning is non-existent... I went to the Hardcore MANIAKS that was done not long ago and if it weren't for the air and that the place is small... I won't go anymore, abusive prices (30cl water for 5€) But yes, very good atmosphere and the music was good for being a Hardcore
