All employees dealt with me all the time with kindness and good knowledge to support behavior and do the work. Luigi concierge is a real gentleman with his humor and decisive attitude. Sophie Helene proved she is a fine member of the team and hotel receives more appreciation with her in action, intelligent and dedicated, polite and works in anticipation with what client COULD desire

Beautiful hotel. We got a room upgrade through Amex FHR program. Staff was very friendly - the lobby staff along with the breakfast staff and pool staff. We much appreciated the hospitality! Great location across the street from Casa Batllo.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Some nitpicks: my tv stopped working one day out of nowhere, but they promptly fixed when I asked, and also the toilet did a fart noise when it flushed. Besides these very small details, it was an amazing stay. Special highlights to the concierge and the guys at the entrance, they were amazing and incredibly helpful.

I only know the spa. For me, she's the best therapist I've ever had. She has golden hands (Mercé) ❤️ I go back whenever I can hehe.

Highly recommend this hotel as it is in a very convenient location to a nearby train station and in a very walkable part of the city. The housekeeping was exceptional, the rooftop was perfect for the pool, lunch and cocktails. Very much enjoyed breakfast here every morning as well.

Excellent location and wonderful service in the heart of Barcelona ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really lovely stay at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, and one of the biggest highlights for us was the location. The hotel is right on Passeig de Gràcia, in the heart of the city, and it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Barcelona. It’s just steps away from Casa Batlló and only about a 5-minute walk to La Pedrera (Casa Milà). There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and other attractions within easy walking distance, and the metro is very close by, which makes getting around the city very easy. La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter are also within walking distance. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of choices. There was plenty to choose from, and it was a very nice way to start the day. The gym was also good — not huge, but it had enough equipment for a proper workout while travelling, which was more than sufficient for us. We also spent some time at the rooftop bar, which has a lovely atmosphere and is a nice place to enjoy a drink. Unfortunately, during our visit it was quite hot and windy, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Of course, that’s more about the weather than the hotel itself! What really stood out throughout our stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and attentive, and we always felt well taken care of. Overall, Mandarin Oriental Barcelona is a great choice if you want to stay somewhere central, comfortable and convenient, especially if you plan to explore the city on foot. The location is hard to beat, and the warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again when visiting Barcelona! ❤️
