Peaceful stay during business trip

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the shopping and dining area near Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol. Even though it was the most economical room, it was very spacious, as was the bathroom, with a balcony overlooking the street, and it was very well soundproofed. The breakfast was very complete for our tastes. And the staff was extremely helpful. It has been our best hotel experience after several we've stayed in in Madrid in recent years. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's within walking distance of Gran Vía, the metro, and many must-see attractions. We hardly needed to use public transport. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Being on the 6th floor, we also had a fantastic view. The breakfast was quite sufficient and varied. Adelina at reception, who was incredibly helpful with her Turkish learned from watching Turkish TV series, was amazing! ❤️ Thank you so much for everything, from restaurant recommendations to detailed city map explanations, we won't forget you 😊

Just completed my second visit to PPC and had an equally great time. The location is perfect (about halfway between the Presidential Palace and the Museums). The staff couldn't be better and stepped up to help when I needed them.

Good place to use your computer. For every purchase, you get a Wi-Fi password for one hour. If you want more Wi-Fi, you have to purchase another item.

Excellent location and staff were very friendly and helpful. The standard room was quite small but that is to be expected for such an excellent location. However, the room and bathroom were well designed so it did not feel cramped. Shower was good with no lack of hot water. A kettle, iron and ironing board can be obtained from the check-in desk, which is very convenient. I have two issues with the hotel. The first was the Aircon could not cope with the 30c heat so the room would not fall below 25c, even at night. The second was the lobby had been converted into a hot-desk work space for business people to use and so there was nowhere to sit and comfortably relax after you time touring the city. In view of these issues, I regret I would not stay at this hotel again.
