關於此地 Fum de Llum
Fum de Llum is a mainstream restaurant on Carrer del Comte d'Altea in Valencia's Ensanche (Eixample), listed as gay-friendly rather than a gay venue. Rice is the main draw, including paella and other Valencian rice dishes, alongside starters such as red prawn croquettes and Valencian tomato.
It is mid-priced and has a weekday set menu as well as the à la carte. With a 4.7 Google rating from over 3,000 reviews it fills up, so book for lunch or dinner, especially at weekends. Remember that in Valencia paella is a lunchtime dish.

I ate the red prawn croquette and it was delicious; I loved the flavor and texture. I also tried the Valencian tomato, which was fresh and flavorful, perfect for the weather.
