Radisson Blu Metropol Hotel, Helsingborg

Quite an ordinary ok hotel, good breakfast, but what brings it down for me is that there were hidden fees, which they were not super clear about. I have visited several hotels in Helsingborg and because of the hidden fees I have to say that this hotel is the worst.

Very inflexible when it comes to rebooking a hotel date to another date. It was poor service, considering how much you pay!

I had a great stay here after a late business night. Called in advance regarding late check-in which was a non-issue - front desk manned 24/7. Great room, quiet, clean and spacious. Great breakfast (though coffe machine location was a slight mystery). Location is good but for me a bit of a walk; not their fault though. Overall, great impression - will stay there again if the need arises!

I would like to emphasize the exceptional friendliness of the staff. The night porter, in particular, is a highly trained man who is almost too friendly. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The entire lobby is also decorated with great attention to detail!
