Tigerlily Hotel Edinburgh

Called in for an early dinner and drinks, absolutely superb service from the waiting staff, friendly and cheerful bar staff and the food and drinks were top notch, all in all, couldnt fault it and would highly recommend!

Haven’t been yet but phoned ahead of a booking for the bar area and spoke to a lovely girl Georgia who went above and beyond to try help me find answers to extra questions I had asked . She didn’t have to do and was very patient in doing so. she gave me lots of information was genuinely a great help and her level of customer service should be acknowledged and appreciated . Thank you :)

Had a fantastic stay. Georgian Suite was great. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Special mention to Katie who went above and beyond in looking after us. Thank you.

Popped for drinks only. Really good drinks selection,amazing decor really smart. A must stop off while out and about

Garbage service. Staff completely unprofessional and uninterested in serving customers.

Lovely venue and wonderful food and service but please give some thought to access for someone with mobility issues, like e.g. removing the planters at the top of the stairs ?

Really enjoyed our stay . Rooms are lovely and certainly the second floor was quiet . Busy and bustling bar and food area on Friday and Saturday nights. Delicious cocktails !

Had to track a waitress down in the bar and then it took 20 minutes to get our drinks. And they were not busy at all.
