Kings Arms is a traditional gay pub on Poland Street in Soho, a few minutes' walk from Old Compton Street. It's a proper London pub with real ales on tap and a long-standing following among bears and older men, though the crowd is mixed. It's a place for a pint and conversation rather than a club night.
A resident DJ plays on Saturdays from around 8:30pm to midnight, and Sunday night is karaoke from 8pm to 11pm. It opens at 11am on weekdays and earlier at weekends, closing at 11pm or midnight. After-work hours get busy and people spill onto the pavement.
