Spectra is a London health and wellbeing charity that grew out of the West London Gay Men's Project. It provides non-judgemental, peer-based support to LGBTQ+ people and other marginalised groups, helping clients make informed decisions about their sexual health and wellbeing. It's a service organisation, not a social venue.
The office on Exmoor Street is in North Kensington (W10), not Earl's Court. It's listed as open weekdays 10:00-17:00, with a freephone number. Services and eligibility change, so check the website or call before you go.

They offer harm reduction advice, counselling, safer sex supplies, peer groups, and more. The photos show The China Works common area and lobby next to the café.
