Premier Inn Manchester Old Trafford hotel

p******* nothing works correctly on Sunday for them.

nice place

Really fabulous stay. Rooms were great, food was great and the service was exceptional, especially Tayla, who was amazing and took our chaotic big-group order in her stride!

Great hospitiality after a long weekend working, been here numerous times and will be back for sure 😁

Aimee and Molly were very nice to a group of us lads, very willing to go the extra mile.

After an 18 hour shift at work, Aimee and Molly were a very happy, welcoming and friendly face to see! They couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks girls

We visited Manchester on 29/5/26 and stayed at Premier Inn Old Trafford, in a Premium Plus room, really happy from start to finish, Debbie on reception was great, really cheerful and helpful, a lovely welcome.. room very clean and comfy, lovely rainfall shower.. great location for the 02 Warehouse. Fab breakfast in morning well worth the money filled us up nicely for journey home. All staff seemed happy which was nice to see. Will be back.

Good hotel, great location next to Wharfside Metrolink tram stop with trams to city centre, and across the road from stadium. Rooms clean, spacious. Breakfast good, restaurant is clean and spacious. Bar serves various drinks and light refreshments. Check-in very easy using self service machines.

Rude staff messed up our booking and didn't even apologise. Won't stay at a premier Inn again

Terrific experience

A wonderful stay at this Premier Inn. The staff were very helpful, location was great and the air con was a life saver in this heatwave. Only criticism, no black pudding with the cooked breakfast. Otherwise a wonderful time away

This is my 3rd time staying here over past 12 months the hotel is amazing room was very clean and the staff are amazing too especially Emily who goes over and beyond to help you she is amazing worker she never stops Can't wait for are next stay in August
