They are now charging for parking. £5 if there was another hotel in the area I would choose another hotel. The UK need to learn about the hospitality industry.

Clean and nice hotel with good standard as for UK

Located close to the station and the theatre it is easy on the feet to go into town.check in was handled quickly and efficiently. The room I was allocated is nice and clean

The room was very dated rip in the net curtains, not worth the price we paid.

Very disappointing stay at Novotel Wolverhampton, which has been our regular go-to hotel. On arrival, the receptionist didn’t greet or acknowledge us while we waited and offered no apology for the lengthy wait while she dealt with the customer ahead. It was an unwelcoming start to our stay. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and we were told we couldn’t move because no other rooms were available. No compensation or gesture of goodwill was offered. The fridge also failed to keep our drinks cold, leaving them at room temperature. As returning guests, we expected better service and working room facilities. This experience has put us off returning, and we will definitely be looking at alternative accommodation for future visits.
