關於此地 Aboud Siria
Aboud Siria is a cheap Middle Eastern snack and takeout spot on Largo do Paissandu, in the historic centre of São Paulo near República. It is a mainstream place listed as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. It rates 4.7 on Google from over 2,100 reviews, mostly for good-value food and quick service.
It is handy for a fast lunch while exploring the centre. The area around Paissandu and República gets quiet and less safe after dark, so keep your phone out of sight and use a ride app at night.

I've been there a few times and always returned because of the delicious food and service. However, yesterday the beef shawarma tasted bad, burnt, and the meat was tasteless. It's a shame to see the quality drop, perhaps due to high demand. However, they need to adapt.

I waited 15 minutes with the store open only for the employee to tell me that it only opens at 10 am because there's too much mess inside. You should update the opening hours online so customers don't waste their time.
