I was speaking to one of your volunteers today. Her name is KAYLIE. And she was the most wonderful person that I’ve spoken to in a very long time. She’s informative to the extreme . She Looked up things I asked on for me and made sure she had it right,. Her customer service was astronomical out of this world ..And she booked me two appointments for rapid HIV tests,for me and my partner.. And she did that quick and efficiently. She actually made my day that much better. I have the flu, and she made me feel on top of the world. She even gave me a little chuckle and a little laugh, Which was exactly what I needed :) I will be definitely be giving her a five star review..If I could give her 10 stars, I would.!!!
