Wowie...! Didn't anticipate the beauty of the restaurant. The kindness and professionalism of the staff. The phenomenal flavors, textures and taste. This place competes with restaurants in New York or for that matter any large city. Prices are not inexpensive, however compared to a large city venue, not that expensive. The value was terrific, no question to small, my wife even went into the kitchen to jokingly ask for a recipe, she was so excited and impressed. Everything served so exquisitely and professional. We will certainly return.

Great food and top notch service. I thought I was in a high end New York City restaurant. The open kitchen shows that they have a great operation there which has taken work to perfect.

Perfectly cooked food and really great service. The presentation of everything was gorgeous and I absolutely loved the lobster and clam chowder as well as the ravioli. I was also offered a gorgeous amouse-bouche, their complimentary flat bread was delicious, and several handmade chocolates were offered at the end.

Once again they exceeded our expectations. We visit each year we come to the CI and they never disappoint. The food is beyond excellent but what really makes the trip special is the staff. They are so very attentive and friendly. 11 out 10.

Our group had a fantastic meal here! We didn’t have reservations, just wandered in, and they took excellent care of us! The quality is impressive and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Give this place a shot - we weren’t expecting the amazing experience that we had!

Blue Cilantro was the weakest culinary experience our family had when vacationing in Grand Cayman this past December. The menu curation is bizarre. Typically, restaurant menus tell a story - you can see general themes running through the appetizers, entrées, desserts, cocktail menus, etc. Here, there is no continuity in the menu assortment. It's part steakhouse, part wanna-be Mexican restaurant, part unrelated Latin, etc. The flavor profiles of the dishes don't go together. It's as if the head chef couldn't make up his mind about what kind of restaurant he wanted to open. Execution was sub-par. Salads were dry and underdressed, food was unseasoned and not cooked per traditional methods (paella), and the cocktail list was very generic - nothing of special interest that was intended to be paired with anything on the menu. This restaurant did not work for us. It was supremely expensive, and my own kitchen outputs better, more cohesive fare.

Great food even if I detected some cheaper ingredients such as the quality of orange juice in their panna cotta compared to some of their competitors, like Bacaro. I gave it 3 stars because although fairly tasty, it's considerably more expensive than the best restaurant I've eaten at in Cayman, except the experience wasn't as good all around.

We were a party of 13 for brunch at Blue Cilantro on a Sunday. Oh my goodness it was AMAZING! So much endless delicious and beautiful food. Very kind and helpful staff. I have a ton of food allergies and they were able to alter dishes to allow me to still participate and enjoy the food. Such a wonderful experience. Heads up that with a party of bigger sizes you will be there for quite some time. I wasn’t mad though. :) Beautiful atmosphere, comfy seating kept it all great. Highly recommend.
