關於此地 Génesis Disco
Génesis Disco is a large dance club on Avenida Niños Héroes in Guadalajara, known for a retro playlist of 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s hits, a light show and a packed dance floor. It's listed here as an LGBTQ+ venue, but it appears to be a mixed retro disco rather than a dedicated gay club, so check before you go if that matters to you.
Reviewers say it gets full on weekends and that arriving early gets you cheaper drinks and an easier door. Guadalajara's main gay nightlife is concentrated in the Centro and along Avenida Chapultepec. As with any big club, keep an eye on your phone and use app taxis home.

A very pleasant place to spend the night. Yes, the music volume, air circulation, and acoustics are awful (I recommend bringing at least some cotton balls for your ears); but what a great club it is, haha. The table service is also bad, but not as bad as some other places. And the music selection is great. It's not just for people over 50; there are also young men and women to chat with. Security is also adequate.
