It was a pleasant experience regarding the special guest, but outside of that, the permit was like any other bar, to be honest.

We came to see the artist La Cruz. I hadn't been to the place before. The thugs who search you at the entrance treat you like you're a criminal just like them, yelling at you from the first interaction (get another job). Okay, it's their job as drug dealers, but they eat because of us. Obviously, we didn't buy anything because the first contact was so horrible. I hope they close down, and obviously, they didn't deserve to have La Cruz here. There are better places; they can rot in hell.

A great place, very safe and with a great atmosphere. A shout-out to Irma for cleaning the women's restrooms. She's lovely! Remember to leave a tip. I went for the Madonna events, it was really cool! The only downside is that they allow smoking inside 🤮🚬

Excellent service and a great atmosphere

Heads up about the security team and their pushy entry process I’ve been to this place three times before (for a meet-and-greet and a Madonna party) with no real issues. I completely understand and support solid security checks for everyone’s safety, but my latest visit was completely unacceptable due to how the door staff treated me. I want to give other people a heads-up on what you might deal with: 1. Intrusive searches and zero respect for privacy: During the pat-down, the staff member literally reached into my stuff, grabbed my wallet, and started pulling out my ID, driver's license, and credit cards without asking me or even letting me show them myself. That goes way beyond any normal security check. 2. Arbitrary rules on personal items: They wouldn't let me bring in simple everyday items like a pack of Halls cough drops, forcing me to either leave them or pay for coat check, even though this isn't mentioned anywhere in advance. 3. Poor conflict management and intimidation: When I politely spoke up about how inappropriate it was for them to go through my personal belongings and documents, they didn't try to address the issue. Instead, they brought over a huge security guy who tried to intimidate me. When I mentioned I would file a formal complaint about their behavior, they treated it like a threat and refused to let me in. 4. Back-and-forth between staff: The security staff and event organizers kept passing the buck on who should refund my cover charge, though they did eventually give me my money back after I pushed for it. If you're looking for a spot that respects your personal boundaries and treats customers right, be very careful here. It's a real shame that a terrible security team ruins the experience for everyone.

There was a long wait at the entrance for the security check, which was very thorough and slow. The waiter tried to charge us an extra 150 pesos for a bucket of drinks without telling us. When we realized this before paying, he pretended not to notice, saying we probably hadn't heard him offer us drinks and he thought we said yes, even though we had declined twice (and he never brought us the drinks to charge us for). The place was empty, cold, and had repetitive music.
