It's a place that deserves recognition for everything it offers and for that special feeling that makes a stay an unforgettable memory. 🌴✨ What stands out most is its charm, its ambiance, and the opportunity to enjoy Puerto Vallarta in a place that invites you to relax, disconnect from your routine, and savor every moment. It's an excellent option for those seeking a pleasant experience and wanting to make the most of their visit to this beautiful destination. Without a doubt, it's a hotel I highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. I think it's important to recognize the places that contribute to visitors leaving with a good impression of our city, and Hotel Delfín PV deserves a review that highlights its unique offerings and the experience it provides. Unfortunately, the place leaves much to be desired; it's nothing like the photos on their website. Due to the hurricane, they "invited" us to leave early since there would be no kitchen or bar service. However, on Saturday the 10th, at 11 am, they were still accepting guests. Similarly, at the bar, they told guests who had stayed that there WOULD BE BAR AND KITCHEN SERVICE. Meanwhile, at breakfast, the staff told us they would be leaving at 3 pm that same Saturday, October 10th, because the hurricane was expected to make landfall early Sunday morning. It's also a shame that serving drinks in thermoses is a problem and a nuisance to have to keep going back because there were only two drinks per guest. In that "invitation" to check out early, they mentioned that the voucher for the night for *2 ROOMS FOR 8 PEOPLE* would be sent to *ME*, as the reservation holder. To this day, *I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THAT VOUCHER*. I'm left with a bad experience in terms of management and conditions, since the room I was given had dampness above the air conditioning unit. Regarding the food and the service from the waiters, chefs, kitchen staff, and bartenders, they were friendly and attentive, readily fulfilling our requests. However, it's REGRETTABLE that some of the hostesses, simply because we were locals, treated us with disdain. Even though I liked the service and location, I'll only give one star for each aspect. I am expecting a response from the staff today and to reach an agreement regarding a refund, as we have no intention of returning, even for a single day, since we don't want the money of eight people to be lost. I am looking for personalized attention, not to be transferred to "the appropriate person" for this matter. I need to know who I should speak to or what extension I need someone to actually answer and assist me. Again, I don't want a certificate; I want my refund.

Well, it wasn't a great experience because of the reception staff. They made us "voluntarily" leave a day earlier than our reservation, supposedly due to the hurricane, and said they would make up the missed night. Honestly, to this day we haven't received a response from them, and they didn't refund us anything. Don't go to this hotel, seriously. The waiter and kitchen service was excellent, but the hotel itself was terrible. You're better off looking for somewhere else. 😉 The photos they show are only of the nicer parts.

Everything was excellent, only the rooms had deficiencies in air conditioning and TV, everything else was very good, not to mention the food, delicious and with a lot of variety
