Excellent service, the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The location... perfect! Bars and restaurants nearby, public transport just a couple of blocks away.

Terrible service from this cheap hotel, I recommend you look for another option, they don't respect reservations, and the attitude of the staff is awful.

Terrible. Terrible customer service via WhatsApp. I had already checked costs and availability by phone, and they gave me their WhatsApp number to request the account number and make the reservation, and they simply told me NO.

This is for those who didn't know how to order from Chihuahua and Puebla and stayed between September 18th and 20th, 2026.

Absolutely beautiful. I feel like the room is needed a little bit of updating, but again that was 20 years ago thati stayed there for 11 days. I’ll never forget super beautiful on the roof, třpool was cool and the service was great and the flowers were beautiful everywhere.

The location is centrally located, with everything you need nearby: restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs, the Pier of the Dead, and the Romantic Zone. We would definitely return.

I stayed there for 3 days, they were very kind and I had a great time. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel is beautiful; I truly enjoyed my stay! It's a very good option… The rooms are a bit small, but they are very comfortable. Even so, in my opinion, enjoying a vacation always includes a good rest, and it's a place where you can relax comfortably! ❤️☀️🏝️🌊
