Hotel Caesars

Small, clean rooms with limited amenities. Needs a minifridge. Professional staff could be friendlier. Convenient location above an iconic restaurant. Better, modern accommodations are easily found nearby.

My wife and I decided to stay at Caesars Hotel and have the world famous original Caesars salad developed at Caesars in 1927. The experience could have been much better at check-in. It's off season and capacity is down at the hotel, yet when we arrived at 2:30PM, we were told by the very unfriendly desk lady that our room would not be available until 3pm and we could check in after that. I really didn't appreciate her attitude...I travel all over and very seldom have ever been denied an early check-in...especially by only a half-hour. Our stay would have received five stars if it wasn't for the front desk clerk. I will say there was a gentleman that greeted us every day and ensured our stay was going well, and also shared there was coffee, fruit, and toast available each morning. We believe he was the manager. While the rooms are small, our stay was quiet, safe, and centrally located.
