Dreamcatcher by DW – Adults Only

I absolutely adored my stay here. It was perfect for a solo female traveler. Right in the middle of a cute and safe neighborhood. Will definitely come back!

Updated review for September 14-19 2026 This was my 5th time staying at The Dreamcatcher but previously my stays were 1 or 2 night. This time I stayed 5 days in my favorite suite the Tropicala. It’s beautiful and so well designed for all your relaxation needs. The staff like Jianny who worked mornings took care of my needs with such a lovely smile and a helpful energy. The entire staff there is top notch and extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee in the kitchen kept me running it was great. The bed in my room was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. This is a spot I go to to recharge and I highly recommend it. This is my favorite spot in San Juan. I call it a zen retreat. Every room is different. With outdoor indoor living. Showers and tubs outdoors with room with patios. Inside the rooms are individually decorated and charming. The staff is incredible and Jacob will take good care of you as will all the staff. Just recently a plunge pool was added and a renovation has taken the space up a notch. The beach is a three minute walk away as are a variety of food options and even Walgreens. The street and neighborhood is in Ocean Park a gated community surrounded by picturesque homes. There’s vegan food prepared on premises. I can’t say enough about Dreamcatcher. I have been 4 times now and look forward to the next time I visit my favorite vibe in San Juan

I picked Dreamcatcher due to the natural organic toiletries they had, the fact that they had a private chef on staff for breakfast, and that it was a block away from the beach and this place did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly friendly, they were always so nice and helpful when we asked for recommendations. The place was so clean and accommodating for our couples stay, it's the perfect place to get away too! We will be back again.

The only hard part was leaving. I felt immediately more peaceful. Great decor and amenities. Great food and drinks. Exceptional service. Convenient location. Can’t wait to come back.

Dreamcatcher is a perfect name for this place. It’s so dreamy and magical! My husband and I ended our honeymoon here before we flew back home and wow, it was the perfect ending after exploring the island for over a week. It was so luxurious, relaxing, dreamy (lol) and better than I could have imagined. We were already talking about booking our next trip there. We were lucky enough to stay in the Duna Suite which was absolutely stunning with the most gorgeous terrace and concrete outdoor tub. I took so many pictures but pictures don’t even do this place justice! The food here is amazing, served til 1. Vegan and vegetarian and soooo delicious, prepared right in front of you. Also the beach down the street, Ocean Park Beach, is stunning clear blue waters and great for swimming. Just book it and see for yourself ;) Can’t wait to come back 💕

Amazing place & experience! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The property was beautiful, unique, clean, and very relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully designed and made the stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again!!

Me and my husband went for our honey moon. Not only was it beautiful and the most magical place in Puerto Rico the staff was amazing , very attentive to whatever you need. Your only a short walk away from the beach the beds and showers were unforgettable and the amazing pool . Thank you Dreamcatcher for the most unforgettable honeymoon!

10/10 highly recommended. We’ve been eyeing the DW hotels for a little while now on and decided it was finally time to book our anniversary trip this year. Upon our arrival we were greeted by staff and the earthy smells of incense floating through the air. What a great start. Our hostess Esmie swiftly checked us in and made our experience all the better by touring us through the facility and explaining the history behind DW. She was so calm, attentive, and welcoming; similar to the ambiance at the hotel. We loved the aesthetics and really appreciated the section of homemade soaps, incenses, bug repellent, etc for purchase. The kitchen was so accommodating as well. We really liked the opportunity to enjoy breakfast by an onsite chef and sip coffee whenever we needed a warm pick-me-up. Our room was comfortable and we loved our private outdoor space. While we surely enjoyed our room, we do look forward to staying in one of the more elevated rooms DW has to offer on the future. Overall our 5 day stay with DW was great, and changed our perspective on staying in typical hotels like the Marriott or Hyatt. It’s safe to say the next time we visit PR we’ll be coming back to one of the DW locations.

A little gem of tranquility and originality in the heart of Ocean Park, just steps from the beach. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. If you are looking for a quiet and zen stay, this is the place. Adults only. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to return! Don’t wait….book your stay here.

We were disappointed with our stay at Dreamcatcher. For the price point, we didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth but were rather staying at a glamorized hostel. It wasn’t clear to us that the only bathroom for our room was outdoors and did not feel private. The place smelled strongly of incense, so much so that it was difficult to sit indoors and enjoy the restaurant space. Walls were thin, and we could hear other guests next door. The pool area is in the lobby and feels very exposed, so we did not utilize it.

Very pleased our original plans fell through so we could land in this oasis of bliss. Ivan and Stephanie -Everything was delicious and kitchen was so gracious in service. Alondra-Ensured the atmosphere and service was consistent. Much gratitude.
