San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino

I booked a stay here for my birthday weekend as a Marriott Silver Elite member, but the experience was severely marred by an incident at the hotel bar. While ordering food and drinks, my brother and I were treated very rudely by Bar Manager Jorge Lampon, who abruptly cut us off from ordering alcohol despite us not being intoxicated. What made it worse was that other staff behind the bar explicitly agreed with us and saw no reason for service to be cut off, but they had to comply because he was the manager on duty. As a loyal Marriott member celebrating a special occasion, being treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally by management was extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and courtesy from this property.

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Marriott Resort. We had a cabana room looking over the pool and beach, and the view was amazing. The rooms were clean, even the bathrooms right by the beach were very clean. Every single employee was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Edward and Myrna providing excellent beach service, they were our favorites! Good location with a lot of resturants nearby you can easily walk to, and not far from the airport. Things they could improve on - there weren't toiletry items like qtips, shower cap or cotton swabs in the room. The brunch was delicious, and I think $48 is reasonable for mimosas and all food for an adult. But my 13 year old getting charged $48 when she is not having alcohol is a bit extreme, she should have been given the child rate.

Loved the hotel! Miguel gave us the Best service at breakfast. Proved that customer service is not dead! Would 100% come back!

I was at an event and Mr. Nomar served me. He's an excellent employee and very attentive. We love him!

Absolutely love it here!!!! The staff is amazing, front desk worker Jesus was so welcoming and helpful and really made the start of our trip perfect! We also sat at the bar outside and the bartender Kevin was so great and knowledgeable about all the drinks and very accommodating to any changes. I wanted on the drinks on the menu. I would definitely recommend this resort to anybody coming to San Juan And we will definitely be back!!

We did a thing.... And it was great. The best customer service, our room was so nice the pool the ocean location was so perfect. We will book again soon

I only went to the casino; good machines, good service, and very clean.

I went to the casino today. The machines were rejecting the bills and there was no customer service.

Central hotel close to restaurants on the beach, courteous and professional service, clean rooms, recommended, rooms with a sea view, highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino! The property is spotless, the service is fast and friendly, and having the beach, great dining, live entertainment, and local spots right outside made the trip seamless. Just keep in mind that there is a daily resort fee of $65 plus 11% room tax charged separately from your base room rate. We had an amazing time staying at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino and would gladly return! Here are the highlights from our stay: Rooms & Service: Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our entire stay. Room service was remarkably quick, and every member of the staff we encountered was warm, helpful, and spoke fluent English, making communication effortless. Pool & Beach Access: The pool area is large with plenty of lounge seating. If the pool ever started to feel a bit too lively or full, the beach is directly behind it, making it super easy to head right over to the sand and ocean. On-Site Dining & Nightlife: We loved that the resort features dining options and live entertainment right inside the property, so you don't even have to leave the hotel to have a great evening out. Unbeatable Location: The resort sits right along a bustling strip packed with restaurants, bars, and lounges. Convenience is top-notch with a Starbucks right across the street for morning coffee and a Walgreens just a block down for any essentials or snacks. Resort Fee Heads-Up: Just make sure you budget for the daily resort fee, which is $65 plus an 11% room tax per day billed separately from your initial room rate. It includes perks like enhanced high-speed Wi-Fi, fitness classes, court access, and casino match-play coupons, but it is important to factor into your total trip expenses. Overall, a great experience with the perfect blend of beach relaxation and lively nightlife. Highly recommended!
