此處隸屬芝加哥公園管理局（Chicago Park District）的公有土地，同時也是重要的賞鳥據點，因此白天常可見手持望遠鏡的觀鳥人士，尤其在春秋兩季的候鳥遷徙期間更為明顯。須遵守公園宵禁及公共風化相關規定，且入夜後步道無照明。請保持低調，僅在步道上活動，並尊重現場公示的關閉時間。
