Owner Larry is a talented genius. Scout is fun to browse and Larry is an encyclopedia of knowledge about all things related to interior design.

Awesome vintage gallery, owner was very nice and also knowledgeable about great local artists.

Scout is something of a place that you know how special it is when you walk in the door. Besides the obvious design aesthetic that the owner, Larry, has been curating for 15+ years, you also notice the second home feel the store has. You can always find a one-of-a-kind unique treasure here, and with that you can always hear a story from Larry or the other two fine shop associates. The Chicago artists featured in the store are also great, with people like Mike Nicholson, Michelle Peterson and Mariano Chavez. The store is always changing and I’m always happy to stop in when I’m around the neighborhood.

Get a new delivery driver instead of the guy that tailgated me all the way down LSD.

The owner has a great eye, and consistently offers very unique pieces.
