Front desk is super nice and FABULOUS usually pretty good with appointments idk where you can go to walk in now days so don’t expect it ;)

Didn’t get to speak to a nurse about any testing. Front desk just checked me in and told me to go to the lab (front desk was nice though) Waited 40 min for a nurse (who I did not interact with) to send the labs down. They did not explain or apologize for the delay

They don’t do same day appointments anymore

The people were nice however I was not able to speak to a doctor about what tests I desired to have done. The website claims they can do full panel sexual health testing and I wasted over an hour of my time getting tested for only 4 things after being told I would get to speak to a doctor and THEN labs would be ordered. Sure its free but do yourself a favor and just go to AFC urgent care and get a comphrensive test done for $129

This place can save lives

This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. The two gentleman who run front desk were extremely friendly and helpful getting me scheduled in the same week and also taking my insurance info. The practitioner I saw, Heather, was beyond friendly and professional. Very supportive and safe tone in the visit. Also, the nurse who took my info and drew my blood was likewise kind and put me at ease. They drew my blood right in the office, processed several tests right there with results before the end of my visit, and literally brought the medication I was prescribed right to me so I didn’t even have to visit a pharmacy. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Someone is running this place very well. I’m surprised about the other lower star ratings. Those seem excessively critical as I had no issues whatever. You do need to show up to your appointment 30 mins early to get checked in, but I was seen right away. Highly recommended this place if you need any kind of STD testing or medications in Denver. 5-stars

This is the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I was half way through my appointment before I was informed that I could not be seen for the services I was scheduled for and would have to leave and reschedule. There was absolutely NO communication or information provided ahead of my appointment, which could have easily prevented this from happening. So disappointing.

I went there for an STD test when I was working in Denver around late December 2019 and far from my home place (AHF in S Florida which, BTW, is fantastic). The hours at this Denver clinic are highly misleading and you can only be seen super early AM or noon. When their doors open, the line is literally out the door. Treat it like black Friday at Best Buy, even camp there overnight! Of course when you're turn finally arrives you'll see a sign saying "all of today's appointments have been filled" and you cannot be seen. Basically 30 people in line and only first 10 or 15 can be seen. I just got a urine test, plus needed to do a lengthy sign up on MyChart. I got NOTHING accomplished, due to their "bankers" hours, and despite taking a half day off work. By the way, a week later when I was visiting S Florida (during week after holidays), I went to AHF, I did all the needed free STD tests there in 10 minutes! And took care of what I needed easily. What a disgrace = Shame on you, Denver Sexual Health Clinic!

The staff is insanely friendly and the NP I met with was so kind, made me feel comfortable, and she was informative. Their client portal is user friendly and results come back quick. had a great experience here and I hope others will too!

For $30 if you don’t have a great income and no insurance. Most thorough exam I’ve ever had. Results came back fast. Will always be my go to spot for as long as I’m in Denver. Thank you Dr.Dora

Denver health in general is the worst possible medical center you can visit in Colorado probably. Most of the staff is burnt out and have no compassion for anyone. This clinic will cancel your appointment if you're not 30 minutes early but will make you wait that entire 30 minutes to see you anyway. 10 minutes early? Doesn't matter your appointment will be canceled and they will send you to the urgent care. AFC urgent care is better quicker and easier to use. The fact that you need to call to make an appointment is wild it's 2023 and this hospital is profiting of our sickness and barely improving their facilities or patient experience. Swedish medical center in Englewood is way better as well.
