Hyatt Place Fresno

This hotel was very basic seemed like an older Hyatt. Didn’t have many options in terms of coffee creamers only half and half! It was my daughter’s birthday and the room wasn’t decorated at all. I had to ask about my request for a high floor. As a Hyatt member staying at several this year these are basics I kinda expect from Hyatt. My oldest had our room fully decorated with balloons and all at her Hyatt getaway but not here. Communication prior to arrival was very limited even with me asking about decorating for her birthday…radio silence. Upon arrival we check in only for the power to go out. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk to find out why. They put me on terminal hold and I hung up. They didn’t bother to call back asking if I needed anything. It was only half of the hotel that lost power. Still have no clue why. It’s next to the highway so if you are a light sleeper definitely ask for the side of the hotel that doesn’t face the highway or you’ll hear it all night. Staff were just meh on the friendly scale. As a Hyatt member, this is one I will not be back to visit sadly.

Hyatt Place Fresno is probably the BEST hotel in Fresno regarding its quality, amenities and customer service! Jasmine is always so helpful and a genuine soul who has an unmatched authenticity in her customer service and makes everyone feel welcome. The other staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable as well. I am absolutely grateful for the privilege to do homework for school here in a safe, fairly quiet and spacious environment! Their quality for overnight stay in their rooms is incomparable in being the best in the area!

My stay here was excellent. Customer service was at its best especially Leticia in breakfast she was sweet and attentive and breakfast was not only presentable but delicious as well. Overall it was a great experience thank you staff for the stay I will definitely spread the word.

Jasmine V was amazing she made me 2 blue motorcycles with a smile on her face and just overall had great energy even at 11 PM so thank you for making me feel welcome I had just drove from LA and after a long day I just needed to relax and her hospitality made it 100 percent easier so thank you for that.

JASMINE.V was amazing! Even served me a pizza after 9pm around 10:00pm because it was slow her hospitality and welcoming personality was a delight ! I am sure to return !

This was my first visit at the Hyatt Fresno. Overall I enjoyed the stay . I would suggest opening a gift shop for guests. I needed some aspirin and basic items. I ended up finding a CVS pharmacy in the area

Currently staying here. I have NEVER had an issue with how loud a hotel is, I have ear plugs (high quality warehouse grade), and I’m used to living near a 35+ mph street. This is RIDICULOUS. I cannot sleep I can hear the cars zooming constantly. Even with the curtains down, ear plugs and a pillow smashed on top of my head.

This was our first time in Fresno, and my family and I needed a last minute place to sleep on our road trip. The General Manager, was an absolute lifesaver with our last minute booking and check in. The entire staff was so friendly and understanding with my fussy toddler and kids. The hotel was super clean, modern, and quiet enough that my toddler actually slept soundly especially for being in a new place! The breakfast that was included had plenty of options for my picky eaters, and the coffee bar was amazing. Plus, the location was super convenient with a Costco and other stores right down the street. We will definitely be making this our standard stop on future drives north. Thanks again for wonderful stay!

For me there weren’t any issues . Staff were friendly . Indoor pool is average. Rooms are clean and if you’re lucky there are some young small cats running around the area. ( The TV only shows one channel)
