Super helpful and understanding if I had any questions or if I didn't understand something they made sure to answer any questions I had and they dumbed it down for me as well but not in a way to make me feel dumb or stupid great stuff and doctors.

I've been here numerous times and they've always seemed like they genuinely care about what ever it is ur going thru and do their best to support u all the way...made my visit comfortable and calmed my nerves for sure

Receptionist are rude

This place was one of the BEST planned parenthood locations I've ever been to. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I am happy this is where I decided to go. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dirty nasty area of Fresno. Homeless walking around doesn't feel safe at all.

I truly disliked my experience here, there was only men staff in the front and the man told me misleading information, he said document/receipts will go out to my guardians proving I had appointments there so I had left and made an appointment for another day. When I came back I spoke to another male staff and I asked about the documents/ receipts he said the information that was given to me was false and the first guy I spoke to pulled him aside mid conversation to tell the guy what to say. The whole experience made me feel embarrassed and ashamed and had no help other than the lady nurse that i saw on my last appointment.

I The staff is excellent! the facility is clean, I was there for a half hour so the wait time is great

Staff are always rude not matter what day or time you walk in .

Nurse interacts like it's a chore to see me

The staff and the doctors at this clinic are very efficient and helpful. I have been going to this clinic for many years and have always been treated kindly. Even when at times I was nervous or confused they walked me throught it and educated me about which options were safe. Their services are great and helpful. Highly recommended.
