Gay Wine Weekend 是由 Out in the Vineyard 舉辦的三天 LGBTQ+ 酒鄉週末活動，該公司專門為 LGBTQ+ 旅客組織葡萄酒之旅和相關活動。2026 年屆被宣傳為第 15 屆，並回歸至索諾瑪谷（Sonoma Valley），主辦方表示該活動最初便在此地開始。往年則以羅士河（Russian River）地區及希爾茲堡（Healdsburg）為基地，並在格尼維爾（Guerneville）的度假村舉辦派對，因此常出現在格尼維爾的活動清單中。2026 年的活動地點位於索諾瑪鎮（Sonoma），距離格尼維爾約一小時車程。
