Many visitors praise the cleanliness, friendly staff, and specifically mention Stella at the front desk for her helpfulness and kindness. However, some guests report significant maintenance issues including problems with cooling, broken lights, and non-flushing toilets, with one reviewer also noting a lack of breakfast despite the breakfast room being available.

關於此地 Platinum Inn Willowbrook

Platinum Inn Willowbrook is an independent budget inn on Highway 249 (Tomball Parkway) in the Willowbrook area of north-west Houston. It is a mainstream roadside property listed here as gay-friendly, not a gay venue. About 470 Google reviews average 4.0. The main fact to know is distance: Montrose, where most of Houston's gay bars are, is roughly 35 to 40 minutes south by car, and public transport out here is thin. It makes sense if you have business in north-west Houston or Tomball, much less so as a base for a city weekend.

Poorly maintained! Room almost impossible to cool down. Good beds though, and the size is okay. Lights that don't work/are broken. No shower products. Breakfast room, WITHOUT breakfast!!! But weak, lukewarm coffee. All in all, far below par for this price per night!
