Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

Beautiful boutique hotel with a breath taking view. The atmosphere is great and the staff is even better. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Beautiful vintage hotel gorgeous hardwood floors in the beautiful Florida Keys.

I love Morrison’s Market at Casa Marina. It’s such a cute little shop, and Natalia and Viktoriia are the sweetest. They’re always smiling, so fun to talk to, and they make you feel right at home. Casa Marina is my favorite place in Key West, and seeing them there makes it even better. Thank you both for making Key West even more special!

Great place for weddings, not for families. They effectively shut the hotel down and quarantine you to specific areas when weddings are happing. This includes shutting down food service and telling children they cannot leave certain areas for 45 minutes (which separated our family). Hotel in general could also use a refurbish.

Long weekend get away. Will start by saying the hotel is very nice and has a "Great Gatsby" feel but the overall service sucks. We checked in the early evening and basically were in the room to sleep. In the morning, we noted there was sand in the room everywhere - floors, table, sink. This was pointed out to housekeeping as well as the fact that the sink was not draining and they said it would be addressed immediately. When we returned at 4:45, the room had still not been made up. We advised the front desk. When we returned from dinner the bed was made but that was about it. Sand still noted in a number of places. This morning, I went for breakfast and had the buffet ($39). I ordered a plate shortly after sitting down and after a half hour was still waiting on it. I was able to flag down the long-absent waitress who was shocked that it had not been delivered by the runner. After another 15 minutes, it arrived.

Do not stay at this hotel or its sister hotel The Reach absolutely a waste of money
