Awesome place to get all services

I have never been to such a clean yet ghetto hotel before. The girl that was working at the front desk was nice, and she was genuinely trying her best. She had a great attitude. But, based on how this place is run? Management is absolute trash. What kind of place runs out of key cards and DON’T NOTIFY GUESTS BEFORE THEY ARRIVE? OR OFFER FULL REFUND REFUNDS??!! We literally had to be ESCORTED from the lobby to the elevator and then into our rooms, because there are NO KEY CARDS. And then they also want you to RENT THE CUTLERY. I’ve never had this sort of experience before in ANY long stay accommodations or in a basic hotel. Two star for the cleanliness, but I’m dropping this to a one star if we don’t get a refund the last thing anyone wants to have to deal with is this nonsense after traveling all day.

I wouldn't recommend because the room has no iron, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable, and the kitchen made no sense. The kitchen just took away space from the room. Kitchen didn't even have pot nor utensils

Delicious stay

Stayed over 3 weeks for school, clean, comfy, friendly staff, I love that there’s a kitchen, full size fridge and a desk for me to study on. Laundry is open with a fee, great location with a chipotle and chill fil A in the same lot along with other stores/restaurants nearby. Would definitely come again.

Having to stay here for work and the place looks decent from the outside but it honestly just isn’t great. It stinks like cigarettes and weed through the entire building, including the halls and rooms. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. There is no ice, hairdryer or coffeemaker. There is no housekeeping. If you need new towels, they like tweak out and make you bring your old ones down to the lobby, no fans in the bathroom so it gets ridiculously steamy, and the rooms are humid and muggy at pretty much all times. Laundry costs 10 bucks per load. They were out of hot water for an entire day of my stay. Only positive takeaway is the beds are decent.

This is the second time in two weeks that there is no hot water in this hotel. It's supposed to be a new hotel. It's unbelievable.

Needed a place to stay while some home renovations were being done. Ended up here for three plus months and the stay couldn't have been better. From the location 2 minutes away from 95 which made the commute to and from work that much easier, to the phenomenal staff that make the place run each and every day. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use this facility in the future based on this amazing stay.

Stephanie is awesome and makes our check ins quick and easy. She always makes sure that all of our needs are met and if there’s any issues she resolves it as quickly as possible. Been here for a few months now and she’s always been great, all of the staff is great honestly. Everyone who works here is very attentive and quick to help. Sound dampening isn’t the best, but you can’t beat the price.
