Gay Sauna in Las Vegas: The Honest 2026 Guide
Last verified: October 2026 · Compiled from venue checks and local and international sources from 2025–2026 · Report a change
Las Vegas never quite switches off. Step out of a casino at 4am and the dry desert air hits you after hours of chilled, faintly perfumed air-conditioning; behind you, the slot machines are still chiming, and the neon is still bright against a black sky ringed by mountains. It's a 24-hour city, and its gay bathhouses run on the same clock. Leave the Strip, though, and you're in the real Las Vegas: wide boulevards, strip malls and low-rise shopping centres where locals live their lives. That's where the saunas are. The scene is small: two 24-hour men's bathhouses, Entourage on East Sahara and Adonis on East Flamingo, each a short ride from the Strip, with very different characters.
Legal in one line: Nevada repealed its sodomy law in 1993, same-sex marriage has been legal since 2014 (and Nevada voters wrote it into the state constitution in 2020), and state law bans discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. Bathhouses are legal private venues for adults; sex in public places is a crime (see below).
The scene in brief
Las Vegas has no gay neighbourhood in the European sense. The closest thing is the Fruit Loop, the cluster of gay bars around Paradise Road and Naples Drive, east of the Strip near the university, which grew up around Le Cafe, the city's first openly advertised gay bar, opened on Paradise Road in 1970. In 2025 the Nevada Legislature passed a resolution (SCR 2) recognising the Fruit Loop as a historical landmark in Clark County. The saunas themselves are not in the Loop: Entourage is about a mile east of the north end of the Strip, and Adonis is a few miles east of the centre of the Strip, near the airport. A third bathhouse that was in the Fruit Loop, Kuma Club, has closed (see below).
Entourage: the long-runner with the pool
Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club, at 953 E Sahara Ave, Suite A19, sits in the Commercial Center, the old shopping centre on East Sahara between 6th Street and Maryland Parkway. It is the former Apollo Spa, gay-owned, and has been running since the early 1990s (its own website gives both 1993 and 1994). Listings put it at about 12,000 sq ft, and it describes itself as the only all-gay men's spa in Las Vegas. This is the one to choose if you want a traditional bathhouse with water:
- a heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi;
- a steam room and a dry sauna;
- a gym, a play room, a dark room and a maze;
- about 50 private rooms, two locker rooms, private and group showers;
- a video room, a smoking lounge, a snack café and a small shop; free towels, Wi-Fi, filtered water and soft drinks.
- a dry sauna (one reviewer notes its floor-to-ceiling windows; others found it cool);
- private rooms with beds (no TVs, say reviewers), lockers and showers;
- dark cruising areas, glory holes, video booths and viewing areas, and an upstairs level with balconies;
- free condoms and lube, and free parking out front. No alcohol is served.
- Hawk's Gym, the gay-owned gym-and-sauna club at 953 E Sahara Ave in the same Commercial Center as Entourage, was reported permanently closed in April 2023 (Travel Gay). Some guides still list it.
- Kuma Club, the bathhouse at 700 E Naples Dr in the Fruit Loop, was reported closed in September 2024 (Travel Gay).
- The Vault, listed on GayOut as a men's cruise club at 3111 S Valley View Blvd, west of the Strip: we found no independent source confirming a gay venue at this address, its website could not be checked, and the reviews attached to the listing appear to describe a cocktail bar of the same name. Treat it as unconfirmed.
- Getting there: neither bathhouse is walkable from the Strip in the heat. Use Uber or Lyft (casinos have marked rideshare pick-up zones) or a taxi; Adonis has free parking out front. Harry Reid International Airport is close to Adonis.
- Bring: photo ID, a card or cash, and as little as possible (a clear bag if you're heading to Adonis). Leave your hotel key card in the locker, not in a pocket.
- Locals' rates: visitors to both venues have reported a cheaper price for Nevada residents with ID, so out-of-towners should expect to pay more.
- Ages: bathhouses admit 18+, but bars and casinos are 21+.
- Drink and chems: neither venue is a bar; Adonis serves no alcohol. Stay hydrated: the desert, the sauna and alcohol together dehydrate you fast.
- Sexual health: Adonis gives out free condoms and lube; for HIV testing and sexual-health services, contact The LGBTQ+ Center of Southern Nevada downtown. PEP must start within 72 hours: go to a hospital emergency department if needed.
- Apps: Grindr is busy, with many tourists and conventioneers. Meet first in a public place, and be wary of anyone who asks you to an unfamiliar address or for money.
- The Strip – Las Vegas Boulevard South and its casino resorts; off-Strip – everywhere else, where locals live.
- The Fruit Loop – the gay bar district around Paradise Road and Naples Drive.
- Downtown or Fremont – the old centre, where the Pride parade runs.
- Metro – the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
- Locals' rate – the discount for Nevada residents with ID.
- Rideshare zone – the signed pick-up area for Uber and Lyft at each casino.
- Party room – a larger private room (Entourage's has a swing).
Hours: open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Prices (official website, membership included): lockers $20 for four hours or $30 for eight; rooms $25 for four hours or $40 for eight; a party room with a swing is $75 or $140. In March 2026, though, one visitor reported paying $40 on a Sunday afternoon and being told it included a non-resident charge, so confirm the price at the window before you pay.
Who gets in: Entourage says it is for men and those who identify as men, and asks for ID that supports your gender identity. Directories list it as 18+ with ID.
Know before you go: 2026 reviews are mixed. Several visitors in March and April 2026 reported the pool and jacuzzi out of action for weeks, while another said in March that the pool had reopened. One said the old movie area has been turned into more rooms. Staff get praise and complaints in roughly equal measure. Visitors describe a mixed-age crowd, from late twenties to sixties, and say it can be quiet on weeknights and Sunday afternoons, including on the Wednesday locals' night. If the pool is the reason you're going, call first: (702) 650-9191.
Adonis: the big cruising club on East Flamingo
Adonis (Adonis Health Club), at 2225 E Flamingo Rd, Building 2, calls itself a 24-hour private men's health club about five minutes from the Strip and the airport. Travel Gay describes it as the largest gay bathhouse in Las Vegas, a newer facility in good condition laid out as a maze. Think cruise club with a sauna rather than spa:
There is no pool, jacuzzi or steam room, which several 2026 reviewers point out, so don't expect a spa.
Hours: open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays.
Prices: Adonis doesn't publish prices on its homepage. A June 2026 visitor paid $54 for a medium room on a Saturday night and said locals with Nevada ID pay $10 less; he was not charged a separate membership fee. Out x Out describes it as members-only, so expect a membership to be built into the price. Other reviewers call the prices reasonable.
Who gets in: 18+ with valid government photo ID. According to Out x Out, trans men and women are welcome at all hours, and cisgender women are admitted on designated all-gender theme nights. A March 2026 reviewer reports a clear-bag-only policy. No photography inside.
When to go: reviewers praise the cleanliness and layout but several found it quiet; one was told Wednesdays and Sundays are the best nights. In early 2025 Gay Passport listed weekly events including a Wednesday locals' night (18:00 to midnight), daytime "lunch break" sessions and early-evening themed sessions on Fridays and Sundays. Programmes change, so check Adonis's Instagram (@adonisclublv) or call (702) 957-3303, the number on its website.
Closed or not confirmed:
Nevada law on public sex. "Open or gross lewdness" (NRS 201.210) and "indecent or obscene exposure" (NRS 201.220) are both gross misdemeanours on a first offence, punishable by up to 364 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000, and become category D felonies (one to four years in prison) for a repeat offence or if a child is present. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (Metro) polices both the city and unincorporated Clark County, including the Strip. Parks, adult-shop arcades and hotel facilities are not safe or legal places for sex: keep it inside the bathhouses, which are private, staffed and built for it. Consent applies everywhere, including in dark areas: you can always say no, move on or leave, and staff are there if someone won't take no for an answer.
A Las Vegas night
Start with a drink in the Fruit Loop around Paradise Road and Naples Drive, or at Fun Hog Ranch, the rustic leather-and-fetish-friendly bar at 495 E Twain Ave, listed by Travel Gay as open 24 hours, Tuesday to Sunday. Eat whenever you're hungry, because in this city you can: casino cafés and diners serve breakfast at 3am. Then take a rideshare to the bathhouse. In summer, the best time to be out on foot is after dark: afternoons regularly top 40°C (104°F), and the pavement holds the heat long after sunset.
Practical tips
Las Vegas Pride
Las Vegas Pride is in October, when the desert heat has eased, and in 2026 the organisers are celebrating 43 years. The Night Parade ran downtown on Friday 9 October 2026, with a block party from 18:00 on 4th Street and the main stage at 4th Street and Bridger Avenue. The Pride Festival is on Saturday 17 October 2026 at the Desert Breeze Events Center, 8455 Kids Zone Pkwy, from noon to 22:00, family-friendly until 19:00, when Pride After-Dark begins. Around it run pool parties at SAHARA's Retro Pool, a Rainbow Rave at AREA15 and after-parties at The Phoenix. Listings say the bathhouses get busier on big event and convention weekends.
