Virgin Hotels New Orleans

Great hotel. Pretty decor and clean surroundings. They have a rooftop pool and bar and it’s a beautiful view of the city skyline from there.

Here's one you can post: Had a great stay at the Virgin Hotel in New Orleans. The staff made the trip. Everybody we ran into was friendly and went out of their way to help us out. The bar was a big hit too. Good drinks, good vibe, and we ended up hanging out there more than we planned. Location was perfect. Easy to get around and close to everything we wanted to see. We'd stay here again next time we're in town.

Loved our stay here and will definitely be back! Special thanks to Dee at the reception desk for taking amazing care of us. <3

Great place to stay, nice rooms, good bar, good pool bar and pool area. Awesome views of the city. Chris at the front was awesome!

WARNING: BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND UNEXPECTED CHARGES! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY MORE THAN THE PRICE YOU WERE QUOTED! My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I want to warn other travelers before they make the same mistake. This hotel seems to have a fee for absolutely everything! The hidden charges are ridiculous, and what's even worse is that you may not discover some of these additional fees until AFTER you've checked out. They even charge guests to use a BOTTLE OPENER! Seriously, a bottle opener? When you book a hotel, you expect transparency and honesty about what you're paying. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Instead, I was left dealing with unexpected charges that made me feel taken advantage of. My advice: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are plenty of hotels that value their customers, clearly disclose their fees upfront, and don't surprise guests with additional charges after they've left. A hotel should be focused on providing excellent hospitality, not finding creative ways to charge guests for every little thing. BEFORE BOOKING HERE, ASK YOURSELF: IS THE ROOM REALLY A GOOD DEAL IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR FINAL BILL WILL BE? I certainly won't be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before booking. You deserve better transparency, better customer service, and a hotel that respects your hard-earned money!

What a pleasant change from the average chain hotel. This hotel is beautiful and quirky and everything is spotless. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is great. The room design is very well thought out, with attention to every detail. I love that there's an outlet everywhere you need one! They don't nickel and dime you for every little thing. I joined their free club and received a little basket of goodies, as well as a free drink each night. Nice touch.

Very cool place!

Great stay. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service.

It’s basically a poorly maintained Nashville bachelorette airbnb.

This Hotel is AMAZING. The staff is INCREDIBLE. SO nice, helpful, hospitality is top notch. Special thank you for Chris Mull, Kyle, Chris, Skylar, and the entire staff. If you are traveling with dogs 100000% recommend this hotel. They have a VIPup program where they give you dog bowls and a bandana, they let the dogs anywhere in the hotel, all the staff LOVE the dogs and it felt like we had celebrities with us because everyone wanted to hang with them. AMAZING DETAILS!!!!

They didn’t really seem to care that there was no hot water. Unfriendly staff, mini fridge was warm
