TownePlace Suites by Marriott Port St. Lucie I-95

Felt like no1 was ever at the front desk. 1 of the breakfast employees got an attitude when I asked her a simple question. Also was told at check in that breakfast ended at 930, it ended at 9am. Hotel also lost power for about 2hrs. Just wasn't feeling this hotel at all.

⭐️ 1 Star My experience with Luise, the lady handling breakfast, was extremely disappointing. She was rude, disrespectful, and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was simply getting my breakfast when she began speaking to multiple other guests about my appearance, specifically commenting on how long my hair was and claiming that I was “flashing” it everywhere. For context, my hair was in a ponytail and pulled back. I was not doing anything to draw attention to it. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that she was openly discussing my appearance with other residents while she was grabbing breakfast for herself, might I add. She was speaking loudly enough for multiple people to hear, and I was right there. I came down to get breakfast, not to be talked about or made to feel embarrassed in front of other guests. I’m not sure if this is the type of hospitality this hotel considers acceptable, but I did not feel welcomed or respected as a customer. Staff should make guests feel comfortable, not singled out or judged based on their appearance. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning. I hope management addresses how guests are treated because no customer should have to experience this.

The power went out for almost 2 hours it wasn’t raining and my family was staying on the 5th floor. We had to take a cold shower, I couldn’t pump to feed my infant and when we left we had to carry my baby, her car seat, stroller, baby bag and etc down 5 flights of stairs. The staircase was dark there was no emergency lights to see, which is completely unsafe. I sent a message on the Marriot messager application and told the front office to have the manager to call me in regards to being comp for the inconvenience and no one has called and no refunds have been issued. The front office lady Varrissa was completely unapologetic. She said it wasn’t the hotel fault for not having generators and the power going out. She said that we all have kids and we have to carry items all the time. I am completely in shock at her response and lack of sympathy towards the inconvenience that the hotel caused me and my family. I paid for a service and it was not what I expected or paid to have a stress free weekend with no issues and to experience this at a Marriott is outrageous. I expected better.

Great location if you visit Port St Louis, with many good restaurants near by.

This has been such an impressive Marriott stay. The front desk at 8.30pm (Aug 19th) ❤️truly works from the heart always smiling, warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Now I understand why this property has such a high rating. Just yesterday, we stayed at Courtyard Fort Lauderdale and unfortunately had a very different experience. Here, because we are Titanium Elite members, we were kindly upgraded, which made our stay even more special. The service and hospitality have been outstanding. We’re already looking forward to staying here again next week! ❤️

I was traveling with my grands & great grands, so the suites with kitchen was absolutely wonderful, the pool and the pool area was very clean

Beautiful, spacious hotel in Traditions. Spacious hotel rooms, friendly front desk staff, heated outdoor pool, 24 hr fitness room and laundry. Will definitely stay here again.
