Great hotel and in prime location. Newly remodeled rooms. Staff was fantastic and they texted me to let me know early ck in was available. Great bar and dancing. The hot buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Best muffins too. Can't wait to go back in June. Beach and pool.

A wonderful weekend all around as always. Staff are wonderful and the recent updates to the rose are beautiful. Very well-maintained and super clean.

Everything was awesome about the Boat Slip. The location...check, the rooms, check ✔️ (although not at all sound proof), breakfast..check, drinks...check, tea party....you guessed it...CHECK!!!! What is not to love???

8.5/10 Amazing and attentive staff, beautiful room renovations, unparalleled guest control of room temperature that allows perfect comfort during the stay, free entry to tea is so fun, however the showers need more water pressure so I didn't have to stand against the wall just to be under the water flow. Free breakfast however, makes up for it. I truly love the Boatslip, and with the recent renovations the rooms are just as appealing and comfortable as the location and free entry to tea dance. As one of the most popular venues in PTown, staying upstairs from the daily tea dance is an experience I'm glad to have had. This is my GO-TO place to book a stay for any party week or weekend in town. There is only ONE negative when it comes to the rooms at Boatslip... The showers. I can deal with low water pressure, but I found myself almost pressed against the wall beneath the showerhead to stay wet and warm. I LOVE the glass half-wall that seals in the shower area, and I like the hight of the tub so water doesn't splash out too much, but it's genuinely tough to take a satisfying shower with the setup. Despite that, FREE DAILY BREAKFAST, more than makes up for it. In the end, this should be your first choice for a stay in town.

Another great stay at the Boatslip! Went there for Mates Weekend. Staff there is friendly and accommodating. The hotel was recently renovated and includes breakfast between 8-10AM.

The Boatslip is the perfect place to stay in Provincetown. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Commercial Street and within walking distance of everything you could possibly want to do in P-Town. Whether you’re heading to dinner, the beach, shopping, or a show, you’re right in the middle of it all. One of the biggest perks is that the Boatslip hosts the legendary Tea Dance, and as a hotel guest, you get complimentary admission and VIP entry. If you’re visiting Provincetown, that’s a huge bonus and makes the experience even more special. The property has been completely remodeled, and the rooms are gorgeous. Everything feels fresh, modern, and brand new while still maintaining the fun, welcoming energy that makes the Boatslip such an iconic Provincetown destination. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests had a great experience. Our room was refreshed every day, and everything was consistently spotless. Between the unbeatable location, beautiful renovations, fantastic service, and access to Tea Dance, the Boatslip is exactly where you want to stay when visiting Provincetown. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

I really wanted to like this place because of the location, but my experience was not great. It felt pretty loud and chaotic, which made it hard to actually relax and enjoy the beach vibe. I think it would be fine if you are specifically looking for a party scene, but it just wasn't the kind of stay I was hoping for.

I was here in late September for Tea Dance. When the event was over, I was not allowed to bring my drink I had bought at one bar in Boatslip to another bar at Boatslip. Yet my friends were staying at the hotel and they were allowed. So I was forced to chug my drink and they were not. Made no sense to me. Perhaps management can explain.

It’s always been a very clean hotel, but it’s much nicer since the interior renovations. Very clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff - absolutely love Maria the bartender! All the staff are nice as well. Perfect location. Wil come again.

stopped for drinks before dinner after someone on the street recommended it. so good we went back after dinner, too! seating inside and out for great people watching and petting all the pups that walk by.

We came to the boat slip to use the pool for the day. All of the guys on deck were super friendly and accommodating. The deck is perfect for laying out and looking at the water and taking a quick tip in their cold pool. A really refreshing way to spend your day.

Stayed six nights for Carnival 2025. Fourth time in Ptown, first time staying at The Boatslip. Will DEFINITELY stay again. I have zero complaints. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice and comfortable. The staff is incredibly hospitable. The entire property is always spotless and they have someone at the front desk 24 hours (rare in Ptown). The breakfast was good. Balcony rooms overlooking tea and the harbor are great for Tea. Can’t say enough good things and am already ready to book for next year. Thank you for a great experience.

This hotel and the customer service are amazing. Party are amazing.

I stayed at the Boatslip August 7th to August 12th, 2025, with my friend Jeff. He paid for the room as I cannot afford the high cost. If you have the money it is still the place to stay. It has a large area for chairs and sunbathing. The pool is too small for the number of people that use the deck but most people are not there for the pool. A room with a Bayside view is best if you can afford it. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The TVs in the room are way to small considering how inexpensive larger ones can be purchased for. I know, most people do not spend much time in the room but when you do a minimum 50 inch flat screen should be there with you. The included breakfast was good and easy to go to from 8-10am every morning. And the daily Tea Dance is a lot of fun to look, party and dance. We will probably be back next August fund's permitting. Thanks to everyone at the Boatslip for all you do every day. You made our stay their perfect. Paul S. Heimers
