Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was a little slow due to issues with the new computer system but Mona at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and the manager waived our parking for the duration of our stay to compensate. I cannot say enough about Mona’s customer service; she was cheerful and friendly as we came and went during our stay. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. In addition we enjoyed the complimentary wine pours in the evening provided by local wineries.

The location is good and the staff was nice but there were a couple deal breakers for me: - Room cleanliness. On the surface the room looked fine but there were hairs left everywhere, especially in the bathroom. These were NOT cleaned after the room was refreshed. - Strange hallway odors. I could not tell if this was just the cleaner or if it was a combo of cleaner, old water smells, and maybe some other guests with MJ.

Had the absolute WORST stay here. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the horribly loud train and traffic. Wish I never ever stayed here. The lowest quality marriott i’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommend not staying here.

Rooms clean and everything worked. Not a fan of the sink not inside the bathroom vs out in the room. Parking is easy and access to nearby restaurants is good

There were clearly many hairs in the shower that did not belong to anyone in our family. We stayed for two nights, but none of us used the shower on the second day. Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, the exact same hairs were still there. The shower head is cheap and fixed in place so not only is it hard to clean your body, but it is obviously also hard to clean the shower. I'm not sure what they do without a moveable shower head but it isn't working!

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding on July 18. The staff was excellent, helped guests book their rooms at the group rate (even after it probably have expired), did everything they could to help all of us. I was so impressed with the GM Ms. Tommasi, the DOS Ms. Robidou, the front desk staff, and housekeeping. Hats off to this team. We appraise hotels so we've seen it all, and this hotel ranks very high for us!!!
